Welcome to Tijon Pensacola. By booking a class or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Identity verification (KYC policy)
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for the person who made the booking.
- We do not require identification from every guest in the group.
- Your ID will be scanned and securely stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- This process supports our Know Your Customer (KYC) policy, which verifies identity to maintain ethical standards, enhance security, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Failure to provide a valid ID may result in denial of service without refund.
2. Arrival
Guests must arrive 30 minutes before class time to ensure check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may forfeit participation without refund.
3. Class duration
Mix & Match and Fragrance After Dark each last 90 minutes. Fragrance 101 lasts 3 hours. Additional time beyond the allocated class duration will only be provided if explicitly instructed or approved by Tijon Pensacola.
4. Booking and cancellations
- Cancel 6 or more days before your class: full refund.
- Cancel 2 to 6 days before your class: 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 2 days (48 hours) before your class: no refund.
- All cancellations and refunds are subject to store manager approval. We are always happy to reschedule a class if needed.
To cancel, call 850-361-8442 or email pensacola@tijon.com. Modifications or rescheduling depend on availability. All bookings are considered final unless rescheduled within these terms.
5. Email and SMS notifications
By booking, you agree to receive email and SMS reminders and updates about your Tijon Pensacola experience. Standard messaging rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS or unsubscribe from emails anytime. Opting out won’t affect your booking.
6. Code of conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.
7. Liability
Tijon Pensacola will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
8. Privacy
By booking a class, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of managing your booking and ensuring a smooth experience, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Amendments
Tijon Pensacola reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying customers directly.
